Oliva Nova Golf is an 18-hole course designed by Seve Ballesteros. The apartment is approximately 1 km away, so golfers can spend less time travelling and more time on the course. Private parking makes it practical for guests bringing clubs or planning to explore the surrounding Costa Blanca.
The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms and includes two bathrooms, an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a terrace and access to a shared pool and gardens. It provides the independence of a holiday home for couples, friends or a small family.
A golf break by the Mediterranean
Les Deveses beach is around 400 metres away, ideal for an early walk or a relaxed afternoon after a round. The area is quieter than a large resort centre, while Dénia is approximately 17 km away for restaurants, the marina, shopping and cultural visits.
Stay longer outside the main season
The mild Costa Blanca climate makes this a useful base for autumn, winter and spring golf breaks. The minimum stay is 10 nights, with special terms considered for longer bookings. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor without a lift.
